Hello, I am Chika, Founder and Representative of Luftmena.

After completing my Master’s at Kyoto University Graduate School of Medicine, I spent six years at a German healthcare company as a regulatory affairs specialist and product manager. Love later took me to Vienna, Austria, where I successfully rebuilt my career at a prominent academic institution while navigating a completely new culture.

In 2024, I returned to Japan, welcomed my first child, and now raise a multicultural family. Having experienced the invisible barriers and anxieties of living abroad firsthand, I founded Luftmena in June 2026.

By combining logical problem solving with deep empathy, I am fully committed to helping international residents and corporate expats blend beautifully into Japanese society.
